I had fillet steak in fridge and didn't want the usual chips and peas that husband always wants 😅 so decided to give this recipe a whirl on cooker top rather than slowcooker.. it was gorgeous. Just spicy enough and so tasty 😋

Another incredible meal! I had used a tspn of the gochujang paste as it is very spicy! Also had plenty leftover beef which we had for Roast on Sunday & I slice those up thinly which was just perfect at the end when it all melted as we ate them! Another favourite to use with leftover Roast Beef!

Made tonight. Very nice and tasty recipe. I added red chilli early on as not everyone likes raw chilli in my house. Swapped out the dry noodles for the lidl straight to wok noodles and worked a treat.
