I've just made this for Sunday dinner and the family really enjoyed it. I used puff pastry instead of shortcrust though! 🤩

My husband has packed up the last portion for his lunch tomorrow for work. That's unheard of in our house. He doesn't eat the same thing for 2 days running. So, that's a big compliment!
