Made this evening. Was very good but very spicy. Im not sure 2tbsp of cajun spice is required. Would maybe try 2tsp next time.

Just spotted a slight error in the caption whilst looking at my notes - it’s supposed to be 1 tbsp! 🤦‍♀️ this might be why it was slightly spicier. I’ll get it updated - thanks for pointing it out x

Really good however a little on the spicy side. You may want to adjust the amount of cajun seasoning if you want a milder flavour. The cheese does balance the flavour
