Not sure why the pork looks burnt in this picture, it definitely wasn’t! Lovely recipe, cheap too..think the pork fillet cost £4.50. I’ve cooked this recipe before and both times the pork has fallen apart from the slow cooker to the plate, it’s just so tender. I drizzled the sauce on top after the picture was taken…Would have taken better photos but I couldn’t wait any longer, had to be eaten!
