OMG I think this I is the best thing I have I’ve ever cooked!!’ There is quite a lot of ingredients but all you do is throw them in the slow cooker. Have loved all four dishes I’ve cooked (only got the app last week), but is the best 😋

Hi Kerry, Yes - it’s absolutely ok to freeze, however Coconut milk can separate or look grainy when thawed. This is totally normal and doesn’t mean it’s gone off. It’s also more noticeable in full fat coconut milk because of the higher fat content How to make it work well if this happens - Freeze the dish fully cooled in airtight containers Thaw slowly in the fridge if possible When reheating, stir well or gently reheat - it usually comes back together If it still looks split, a quick whisk or blend fixes it. Hope this helps xx

This was incredible we absolutely love it. I love all your slow cookers recipes which certainly helps on my workday to have dinner already cooking away when I come home in the evenings.
