This one may be best to store in the fridge. It is safe to freeze and consume when thawed but there is a risk of the sauce splitting once reheated due to the single cream alternative x

Another brilliant and easy recipe. Only change i added was a bit of Cumin, and upped the spice a bit. Not the greatest pic but I promise I have wholegrain rice under the sauce 😋
