Slow Cooker Corned Beef Hash

One of my most controversial recipes… This is my Slow Cooker Corned Beef Hash (or should I say, stew?) — exactly how my mum made it back in the '90s. It’s simple, hearty, and unapologetically old-school. Think chunky veg, tinned corned beef, rich gravy, and hours of slow cooking that fills the house with that unmistakable smell of comfort. Some people call it a hash. Others swear it's a stew. Whatever you call it, one thing’s for sure — it’s the ultimate nostalgic meal, and for me, it's pure comfort in a bowl.

I nearly ignored this recipe because we all know how to make corned beef hash. I decided to give it a go because it was a slow cooker version and I didn't have to stand over it. I am so glad I did try it. The flavours are something else, so cleverly put together to create a rich deep taste. It's definitely another level of corned beef hash! Highly recommend you try it. Perfect winter warmer 👌
