Yes! 🙌 I think it would be perfectly fine as long as all the rice is still fully submerged in the liquid xx

Lindsey has done it again with this easy tray bake. Quick and simple to prepare and cook. The heat is perfect not too hot but has little kick. Even the squeeze of lime adds the perfect contrast to the salsa. My gang are tucking in with doorstep slices of sourdough bread, I had Greek yogurt. Will definitely make this again.
