Fakeaway Five Guys Burger

Craving a juicy, indulgent burger without blowing your calories? This Five Guys style fakeaway delivers everything you love about a classic smash burger - double beef patties, melty cheese, crispy bacon, and rich burger sauce - with a lighter twist. Made using extra lean beef and simple seasonings, it’s big on flavour but balanced enough to enjoy guilt free. Perfectly smashed patties are seasoned and fried until caramelised, then stacked high in soft brioche buns with smoky bacon medallions, crunchy lettuce, crispy onions, and creamy burger sauce. A quick blast in the air fryer melts everything together for that authentic takeaway style finish.

Have you ever been to five guys? They wrap the burger up tightly almost crumpling it a little and put it back under the heat so that you get that takeaway vibe, cheese sticking the the wrapper and crumpled bun look - that’s what I was going for but I don’t think I explained it very well! Haha xx

OMG…. This is EPIC!! So much better than the real thing from 5 guys!! We do live a burger & chips night & this is certainly the best. I’m definitely going to make it this way now on! Whilst my gremlins had the bouche buns, I stuck with the wholemeal bun.

We love burgers and have made many over the years. My husband said this was the best one yet and he was right. Tastes better than a Five Guys burger, imo. Juicy and delicious. This will now be my go to burger recipe. Thank you! X
