Sorry, no pics but this went down well with the family, will be making this again. It needed a little bit of extra time in the oven but that’s probably just down to my oven!

It is most likely down o the rice - I always use easy cook long grain rice for this style of recipe as it is more forgiving and takes less time to cook. :) I will update the notes with this recommendation - So pleased that you enjoyed it xx
