To prevent the lasagne sheets from sticking together, break them into small pieces and stir a few times while they cook. If the soup looks thick before adding the pasta, add a little extra stock or water.

Hi Viki, I’m so glad that you enjoyed the taste of the meal. I have the best kitchen gadget ever - a vegetable chopper from Amazon and it dices my onions/ veg to the exact same size and really tiny. They cook through in the time set, but I don’t take this into account when typing up the recipes or working out the timings. so this is helpful feedback and much appreciated. Xx
