Slow Cooker Chicken Pathia

This slow cooker chicken pathia is a lighter, homemade take on the classic takeaway favourite. Chicken breast is gently cooked in a tangy, slightly sweet tomato based sauce made with tamarind, mango chutney and warming spices, creating a bold yet balanced curry with minimal effort.

I divided the micro pouch between three portions. Works out at around 83g per portion I believe. Xx

This was lovely! Really warming and loved the sweetness from the mango chutney. We had ours with plain mini naans & a poppadum/pickle tray in front of the Traitors for a family fakeaway treat!
