Made this a number of times now and double the ingredients which makes six good portions. Easiest soup to make with right level of chilli heat. Love it with these cold evenings

So easy and do delicious - the roasting brings all the flavours out x My granddaughter loves this with plain cheese toasties x A regular favourite now x.
