Notes

  • For the best flavour, cook over a high heat and keep the ingredients moving to achieve a light wok-char without overcooking the vegetables.

  • Fresh lime is key - adding it just before serving brightens sauce.

  • Adjust the heat by increasing or reducing the amount of sriracha, or add fresh chilli for an extra kick.

  • Swap the protein for king prawns, turkey breast or firm tofu for an equally delicious variation.

  • Add extra vegetables such as pak choi, sugar snap peas, mushrooms or shredded cabbage to boost the nutritional value.

  • Meal prep friendly: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat thoroughly with a splash of water to loosen the sauce if required.
