Super tasty and an easy one for anytime of the week. The only thing I would change is to put the potatoes in first for ten/ fifteen minutes and then add the pork in the middle. The sauce was absolutely delicious 😋

Absolutely delicious, very flavoursome and the pork is tender and not chewy. The honey really adds a sweetness to the mustard sauce. There is plenty of seasoning on the meat. The only thing I do differently with these tray bakes is parboil the new potatoes otherwise mine don’t cook properly. Will definitely be making this again!
