Air Fryer Sweet Chilli Pork Tenderloin

Tender, juicy pork tenderloin cooked in the air fryer and coated in a sticky Thai-style sweet chilli glaze. Packed with bold sweet, spicy and savoury flavours, this fakeaway style dish is high in protein and perfect for a quick midweek dinner. Served with fluffy rice and green beans, it’s simple to make, full of flavour, and tastes just like your favourite takeaway - but lighter and lower in calories.

Another absolutely fantastic recipe! I stupidly thought using the silicone liner to my air fryer would suffice as a dish, however as it was quite large so I lost a lot of the sauce. I will definitely use an oven proof dish next time and might even make a double helping of sauce as it was sooooo delicious 😋😋. Having friends around next week and I’m going to serve this and the Thai chicken meatballs in peanut sauce. Love your recipes!!! Best £3.99 a month I’ll ever spend!!
