Slow Cooker Garlic Chilli Beef

This rich and comforting slow cooker garlic chilli beef is packed with deep savoury flavours and just the right amount of heat. Tender beef is slowly cooked with garlic, ginger, red chillies and peppers in a glossy soy based sauce sweetened with honey and balanced with rice vinegar. As it simmers, the beef becomes melt in the mouth and infused with bold, aromatic flavour. Finished with a drizzle of sesame oil and fresh garnishes, the sauce is thickened to a silky consistency and served alongside steamed broccoli and crispy spring rolls.

This was a great hit even with my 13yo! I don’t like spice so went for 1 x chilli (no seeds) I also forgot to buy bean sprouts so added some fried onion 😆

I made this for tea last night but used skinless and boneless chicken thighs instead of beef. It was really tasty. I’ll definitely be making it again 😋

This was incredible, I’m not a fan of dice beef but you never fail me on any of your recipes. We had all loved it, I’ve change it to serve 3 ppl which we can do on the ingredients sections and there was enough for 4 ppl. I’m looking forward to having the 4th one at work on Monday for lunch!
