This was a great hit even with my 13yo! I don’t like spice so went for 1 x chilli (no seeds) I also forgot to buy bean sprouts so added some fried onion 😆

I made this for tea last night but used skinless and boneless chicken thighs instead of beef. It was really tasty. I’ll definitely be making it again 😋

This was incredible, I’m not a fan of dice beef but you never fail me on any of your recipes. We had all loved it, I’ve change it to serve 3 ppl which we can do on the ingredients sections and there was enough for 4 ppl. I’m looking forward to having the 4th one at work on Monday for lunch!
