Eaten by the whole family surprisingly! Made for myself and husband with spare for another night, but was intercepted by my five year old and she loved it!

Love this 🙌🙌 the majority of the meals I cook are with my kids in mind but spice levels can always be adjusted for adults where needed. I’m so pleased that you all enjoyed it xx

Easy to whip up on the morning, just throw in the slow cooker & come home to a beautiful (almost) ready meal! Macaroni took 10min to boil, mixed in with cheese & the beef chilli. Finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan, absolutely delicious! Hearty comfort food but healthier & lighter at the same time 🙂 finish with a drizzle of sriracha for a kick if you dare! Another fantastic dish thank you Lindsey! xx

Looks great. Could you swap the kidney beans for an alternative? My boys don’t like them.

Sounds a bit out there - but my girls love it with baked beans! You could use a small tin as a substitute! Buy the reduced sugar ones to keep it macro friendly xx

To be fair i usually put baked beans in but wasn’t sure if it would still work with this version or slow cooked. But I will try it! X

Great chilli, probably would have liked some more creaminess.

Could always stir in some fat free yoghurt, crème fraiche or light soft cheese to give it a creamier taste if you make it again! 🙂 1 tablespoon should suffice and not increase the macros too much ❤️ xx
