Absolutely gorgeous 🤤 i did cheat and use premade mash tonight for quickness as the kids had their gymnastics class but all plates were totally cleared. Any meal where one suits everyone in the house will always be a favourite for me 🫶 xxx

Just wondering if this is a bit salty with both a beef stock pot and oxo cube with just 120ml of water.

The veggies release a lot of water in the slow cooker which is why I tried to keep the liquid measurements down, so that the filling is thick and tasty without the need for additional thickening. Salt comes in at 1.23g which is around 20% of your recommended daily allowance. I don’t find it salty tasting, however you could try with just the stock pot first and crumble in the oxo later if you feel it’s needed 😊

Absolutely delicious love the comfort foods of this, had to add more water near the end as it was looking abit dry.
