Soo delicious! The photo does not do justice as it was steamy, but the sauce was savoury, sweet & thick at the same time 👌🏼 pork loin melt in your mouth! I made egg fried rice as we like this, and served with a veggie spring roll. Needed the spring onion garnish for that final touch & would have looked better on the pic but did not alter the taste. Another fantastic meal that all the family enjoyed thanks Lindsey! xx

I batch cooked all 4 slow cooker meals from this week's meal plan. We ate this last night and.... so so good. Even my 18 yr old who doesn't eat Chinese demolished it.

I’m so glad that it was a success! 🙂 and such a good idea to batch cook the meals for busy days - let’s face it, who can be bothered to cook after a long day, that’s 80% of the battle! 😅
