Really enjoyed this meal, tasty & full of flavour. I didn’t do in the slow cooker as I’d forgotten morning prep, but it was cooked easily the same way on the stove in a deep saucepan. Enjoyed with mash & carrot swede mash. Also added some mushrooms to bulk out. Thank you x
