Another banger in the O.B household. Thanks so much. I somehow forgot to buy a red pepper, but I had mushrooms, so that was the substitute. And note to others, “please be patient”, means exactly what it says on the tin. I nearly gave in but glad I persevered. Turned out perfect 😍
