Traybake Hot Honey Pizza Pasta

This Traybake Hot Honey Pizza Pasta brings together the best parts of a cosy pasta bake and your favourite pepperoni pizza. Everything cooks in one tray - pasta, chicken, peppers, and a herby tomato sauce, before being topped with bubbling mozzarella and pepperoni. A final drizzle of hot honey takes it to the next level.

Notes

If you prefer the onions and peppers soft, I’d recommend frying them in a pan for a couple of minutes before adding them to the traybake, as the veg otherwise keeps a little bite.

Tastes amazing. Cooking times may vary .. after 30 mins nothing was cooked (could be my oven). I uncovered upped the temp to 220 gave another 20 mins stirring occasionally until the pasta had swelled then finished as per the recipe. Defo give it a go really easy prep and makes big portions.

Hi, would it be ok to use raw chicken rather than cooked in this recipe??

Yes, you can. Add diced chicken breast at stage 5 of the recipe - make sure that you stir through the sauce for even cooking. 🫶
