Weighed in and maintained but that's OK, I've got back into routine, meal planned. We still had some Xmas food left over hence the no loss I think! NSW: Meal planned and stuck to plan Intentions for next week: Drink 2L of water a day and work out twice .

After a 5lbs gained over the festive season, I’ve managed to lose 3 lbs this week. So nice to be back in routine! I’m already down my target weight and luckily been able to maintain it for 5 months. Would like to lose half a stone & taking my time to get there as I like to get used to the weight I’m at.

⬇️3lbs this week 😀 Really pleased. I haven't had an alcoholic drink since New Year's eve and I like a drink. I've eaten really well and completed my 10,000 steps every day x

One thing I’ve learned over time, is that consistency really is key. Regular tracking and weighing has always played a huge part for me as a way to stay aware and on track. Accountability makes such a difference too. Taking ownership of where you’re at, and having people to chat to and check in with, can be a massive help. It makes the whole process feel less overwhelming and a lot more supported. ❤️ and that’s exactly why I’ve set up the check in - it might not be to everyone’s taste but I know that others will find it helpful xx

Honestly, 1lb is exactly where you want to be. It shows you’re being consistent without going to extremes - and that’s what actually lasts! You’re doing it right. 🫶 Have a fab weekend xx

Ooohh I can’t wait to hear how you get on! Keep me updated on the next check in! 🙌 and enjoy! I feel my energy levels are raised and there’s a massive improvement in my mental health when I’m active. I’ve really missed exercising throughout December. Xx

This is my first time weighing since Xmas Eve and it’s +10lb but I haven’t gone without so I can live with it! I’ve stuck to calories and made some lovely recipes off here since Monday so I’ll give myself that credit, it was hard going from eating everything to a normal amount of food 😂 This next week I want to stick to calories and hopefully see me chip away at that gain

Christmas (and the lead up to it! 😂) is for living, enjoying food, and making memories! The important part is exactly what you’ve done - you’ve got yourself back on track this week and you’ve drawn that fresh line. 🙂 One week at a time, consistency over perfection. I can’t wait to see your check in next week and celebrate the progress you’re making - however that looks for you. Xx

I started on 04/01/2026 and I got weighed today which is my normal weigh day and I’m ⬇️ 3.6lb! I will weigh in every Friday morning, my goal is to feel better about myself and the outfits I wear ready for my holidays in 5 weeks time! I want to drink my fluids this week as I can easily go all day with just a cuppa tea in the mornings. Thanks Kerry Fletcher x

This is me too Kerry - I’ll have a couple of coffees in a morning and then drink diet pop. I’ve upped it this week and started buying the sugar free flavoured waters, but I really want to drink at least one of those a day next week! Well done on your weightloss! 3.6lb is incredible!! Xx 👏
