⬇️ 1lb Nearly down half a stone since 5th January which feels amazing! 🎉 Physically: My stamina and strength have improved massively over the last 4 weeks - I’m upping my weights in Body Pump and not feeling as exhausted. Mentally: Exercise has really boosted my mood and clarity. Habits: Hit my water goals every day, stayed on target with protein and calorie deficit, and completed 4/5 gym sessions this week. Goal for next week: Keep going ! 🙂 xx
